KEVIN FLEMMING
Administrator
Kevin has dedicated his career to matching the right people with the right jobs. A workforce and organization management expert, he has personally hired over 3,000 people in multiple occupations. While leading the Integrity Management Group of companies for more than 25 years, Kevin learned the value of fostering respectful and supportive relationships with the employees who serve their clients. From first-hand experience coordinating homecare for his parents, he created Integrity At Home to be an agency of choice for families needing personal care for their older loved ones.
A Lehigh Valley native and graduate of CCHS and DeSales University, Kevin volunteers at several organizations throughout the region. He selects every member of the Caregiver team, oversees the quality of our services, and gets to know every client and their families personally.
OUR HISTORY
Yes, we’re that Integrity. For more than 35 years, the Integrity Management Group has provided professional services to people and organizations across Eastern Pennsylvania. Our first business, Integrity Personnel, began as a secretarial service with the mission to help women re-enter the workforce. Its founder, Patricia Flemming, believed that if a company takes care of its employees, they’ll take care of the clients. She also knew that successful businesses contribute to their community. Our company grew over the ensuing decades to deliver professional staffing and operations management across dozens of industries.
Integrity At Home continues the legacy of our family’s business, with service as our founding principle.
