Training Grant
New Caregivers are eligible to receive a $300 grant through the PA Homecare Association after training and first assignment.
Caregiver Referral Bonus
Earn $200 for every person you refer who joins our Caregiver team.
Paid Time Off
While working, receive one paid day off for every 400 hours on shift. Use them how and when you want.
Paid Holiday
Receive up to 6 paid holidays during the calendar year. Holiday pay accrues with every 300 hours on shift and is paid automatically.
